A significant part of his YouTube earnings goes towards feeding and caring for stray dogs. At around eight years old, Pawan lost one of his legs in a road accident. Coming from a modest family, with his father supporting the household by selling vegetables, life after the accident was filled with physical, emotional and financial challenges. Prosthetic support, training, nutrition and sports equipment were difficult to arrange—but Pawan never allowed these obstacles to become the end of his story.

Turning Struggle Into Strength

Pawan discovered his passion for para athletics, competing in events including the 100-metre sprint and high jump. Training with a prosthetic and running blade brought its own challenges, from injuries and pain to the high cost of equipment.

Despite everything, he continued to train and compete. His determination has taken him to state and national-level competitions, where he has won state-level medals. At an Open India competition in Bengaluru, he secured 4th position in the 100m event. His high-jump performance has reached approximately 1.50 metres, while he continues to work toward improving his sprinting abilities.

For more than two decades, I have built businesses across industries and international markets. Along the way, I realized that building a successful business and building an enduring institution are two very different challenges.
