For actress Shiny Dixit, it all started with a childhood fascination for television—the glamour, the fashion, and above all, the power of storytelling. While pursuing her graduation at Pearl Academy of Fashion, she participated in Fashion Style Diva, where filmmaker Kabir Khan and actor Sushant Singh were among the judges. That experience became a turning point. It gave her the confidence to follow her heart, and from that day, there was no looking back.
The journey wasn’t easy. There were days when she would travel across the city for seven to ten auditions, take small roles just to learn, and patiently wait for the next opportunity. Every rejection became a lesson, and every set became a classroom. Slowly but surely, her dedication paid off.
Shiny went on to appear in popular television shows like Jodha Akbar, Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do, Lajwanti, and Zindagi Ki Mehak, before expanding her career into web series, films, and music videos. Today, apart from acting, she also mentors aspiring performers as a Guest Faculty at Narsi Munji , Juhu , while exploring her passion for writing and entrepreneurship.
